Candle Care & Safety

Remove all outer packaging before lighting candle.

Burn for 2-4 hours at a time to maintain an even wax pool, achieve optimal scent throw and avoid tunnelling. 

Allow wax to cool and solidify completely before relighting.

Trim wicks to approximately 0.5 cm and remove foreign debris and wick trimmings before burning. This helps in reducing sooting & improve overall burn time. 

Never exceed 4 hours of burning on a standard size candle. Smaller candles should not be burnt for longer than 2-3 hours.

Place on a heat resistant surface, away from draughts and flammable material. Always burn candle within sight.

Keep away from children & animals. Never move a lit candle.

Snuff, do not blow out a burning candle.

Do not burn the last 1-1.5cm of wax.

Mist Care & Safety

We advise that you do not spray directly on polished/painted/plastic or leather surfaces as this may cause damage. 

Only spray on linen and around a room. If sprayed on fabrics do so at a distance of 15-20cm.

Always store in a cool, dry area and away from direct sunlight.

Temperature fluctuations, humidity and UV light may cause degradation of product.

Keep out of the reach of children & pets. People with perfume sensitivity should be cautious when using the product.

Flammable liquid. Do not ingest product or spray near face. If some of the contents are ingested, please rinse immediately and seek medical advice.

Usage & Care

Open the seal and place the provided reeds inside. Give it a few days for the reeds to soak up the diffuser oil and start emitting fragrance. You'll observe an initial decrease in the oil level, which will gradually lessen as the reeds become saturated. Occasionally flip the reeds to enhance the scent as needed.

Room temperature will affect your scent throw. Warmer room allow for increased release of the scent. This may however deplete diffuser oil quicker.

The number of reeds placed in diffuser may result in increased or decreased scent throw. Add or remove reeds according to your preference

Do not place in direct sunlight

Try to clean off the top of the jar, as well as gently wipe down the reeds before turning to limit dust settling into the diffuser.

Once opened, soak the reeds for up to 4 hours and then turn for the first time.

Keep out of the reach of children, pets & plug points.

If some of the contents are spilled, clean up immediately with a paper towel.

If some of the contents are ingested, please rinse immediately and seek medical advice.
